The Knights of Columbus Council of the Immaculate Conception Parish in Astoria invited The Bridge To Life to attend a special Mass honoring the unborn child.
This marked the 49th anniversary of the court case, Roe v. Wade that legalized abortion
in 1973. Our President, Catherine Donohoe attended the Mass with her grandson, Luke. They were well received. The Pastor, Msgr. Ferrarese, spoke about our work, and their partnership with us.
After Mass, we processed to the memorial that the parish has for the unborn child and a prayer service was conducted. We’d like to thank the Parish and the nights for their generosity.
